Version: 1.0Last Updated: July 2026Jurisdiction: Global

Purpose

Inferent is committed to the highest standards of ethical, moral, and legal business conduct. This Whistleblower Policy provides a mechanism for employees, contractors, investors, and external partners to report suspected fraudulent or unethical conduct, or violations of law, without fear of retaliation.

Scope

This policy covers reporting of issues including, but not limited to:

  • Financial fraud or deliberate error in preparation, evaluation, or audit of financial statements
  • Falsification of corporate records
  • Violations of securities laws or corporate governance regulations
  • Bribery, corruption, or illegal payments
  • Significant violations of our AI Safety or Responsible AI policies
  • Theft or misappropriation of company assets
  • Retaliation against whistleblowers

How to Report

We encourage individuals to share their questions, concerns, suggestions, or complaints with someone who can address them properly. In most cases, an employee's supervisor is in the best position to address an area of concern.

If you are not comfortable speaking with your supervisor, or if you are not an employee, you may report your concern through our dedicated Whistleblower channel:

  • Email: [email protected] (Managed by our external legal counsel)
  • Anonymous Reporting: Information on how to submit a report anonymously via our secure portal is available on the internal employee intranet.

Protections Against Retaliation

Inferent strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports a suspected violation or participates in an investigation. Any employee who retaliates against someone who has reported a violation in good faith is subject to discipline up to and including termination of employment.

Investigation Process

All reports will be promptly investigated by the Compliance Officer or designated legal counsel. Appropriate corrective action will be taken if warranted by the investigation. To the extent possible and permitted by law, confidentiality will be maintained throughout the investigatory process.

Bad Faith Reporting

Reports made in bad faith or with knowledge of their falsity are not protected by this policy and may lead to disciplinary action.
