Note for minors and parents: Inclick may be used by students under the age of 18. Users under 13 require verifiable parental consent. Schools may authorize student access under a separate school agreement.

1. Introduction

Inclick is an educational technology platform operated by Inferent Group S.A. de C.V. It provides AI-assisted learning tools, course content, and teacher resources. By creating an account or using Inclick, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Inclick is available to students, educators, and school administrators. Users under the age of 13 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent. Users between 13 and 17 may use Inclick independently, but parents and guardians may request access to their child's account data.

Schools that deploy Inclick for their students agree to the additional Student Privacy Policy, which includes FERPA and COPPA compliance commitments.

3. Account Types

  • Student: Access to learning content, AI tutor, progress tracking
  • Teacher/Educator: Class management, student progress dashboards, content creation tools
  • School Administrator: Institution-level access, bulk enrollment, reporting

4. Platform Use

You agree to use Inclick for legitimate educational purposes only. You may not share login credentials, attempt to access other users' accounts, or use Inclick for any commercial purpose without a commercial license agreement.

5. AI Tutor Use

Inclick's AI Tutor is powered by Inferent's Leuks Foundation Models and is designed to assist with learning. It is an educational aid, not a replacement for a qualified educator. 6. Academic Integrity

Inclick is designed to support learning, not to bypass it. Submitting AI-generated content as your own original work without disclosure—when your institution or course prohibits it—may constitute academic dishonesty. Refer to the Academic Integrity Policy for detailed guidance.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Inclick offers free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the applicable subscription rate. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. For refund terms, see the Refund Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in academic dishonesty that compromises the integrity of the platform. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
